CBAMOS PLATFORM TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service establish the conditions for the use of the CBAMOS platform provided by CBAMOS Technologies Ltd. ("CBAMOS").

1. Service Definition

CBAMOS is a cloud-based software platform for carbon border adjustment mechanism (CBAM) compliance. The platform offers emission monitoring, reporting and verification services.

2. Account Creation and Responsibilities

2.1 Account Requirements

Being over 18 years old

Providing accurate and current information

Being responsible for account security

2.2 User Obligations

Using the platform for legal purposes

Not infringing third party rights

Keeping account information confidential

3. Service Usage

3.1 License

CBAMOS grants users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the platform.

3.2 Restrictions

Users may not:

Reverse engineer the platform

Upload malicious code

Block other users' access

Data scraping or bulk downloading

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Fees are determined according to selected plan

Billing is done at the beginning of the period

Taxes apply according to local regulations

4.2 Payment

Credit card and bank transfer accepted

Service may be suspended for late payments

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 CBAMOS Rights

All intellectual property rights including platform, source code, design and content belong to CBAMOS.

5.2 User Content

Users retain rights to the data they upload. A limited license is granted to CBAMOS for service delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

CBAMOS is not responsible for damages arising from:

Indirect or incidental damages

Loss of profit

Data loss (unless caused by CBAMOS fault)

Third party service interruptions

7. Termination

7.1 By User

Users can close their accounts at any time.

7.2 By CBAMOS

CBAMOS may suspend or terminate the account in case of violation of terms.

8. Changes

CBAMOS reserves the right to change these terms by notifying users of significant changes.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved in Istanbul courts.
